This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not create credit reports, background checks, or consumer reports. Its advertising partners are not presented here as services for applicant, renter, credit, or insurance screening. Site or linked-tool data must not be used to:

  • Carry out any other action regulated by the FCRA
  • Decide eligibility for a permit, license, or public program
  • Assess creditworthiness or determine an insurance price
  • Evaluate an applicant for a rental or other housing
